DAIRY SHEDS

• Pre-season start up checks, ensure that all electrical components are up to satisfactory requirements.
• Test and tagging all plug in electrical devices, testing of RCDs, lighting and making sure the safety’s protective devices in and around the dairy shed are operational.
• Checking all pump set ups, pressure vessels and control systems.
• Checking of hot water temperatures are set to the legal requirements for AG quality.

PUMP SHEDS

• Servicing drives, soft starters, cooling fans, winterising pressure transducers, replacing pressure gauges and general setup issues.
• Checking over pump to pivot controls and high pressure cut outs/safety’s.
• Cleaning out pump sheds and bird proofing.

PUMP SERVICING

• Full check over of bearings, mechanical seals, volutes and backing plates of all surface pumps
• Winterise systems
• Lifting of submersible pumps for servicing, getting the well redeveloped, reinstalling the pump, and checking/resetting up the electrics
• Checking and resetting up all stock water, wash down and house water systems

PIVOT SERVICING

• Mechanical service, with or without oil change. Check over all drive components, drains, pivot structure and winterise machine.
• Full electrical service, testing all safety’s, earths, contactors, centre drives, booster pumps, alignment, collector ring and panel settings.
